I hope that this letter finds you in good health. We would like to thank you for the excellent service that you provided as our Real Estate Agent. We were extremely pleased with the results that you achieved in the recent sale of our place and the purchase of our new home. No one believes us when we tell them that you sold our apartment within the same week that it was listed. Especially when there were two other suites in the same building that had not sold in months! We were very pleased that we followed your specific instructions regarding the simple updates that were needed in order to sell. Having you as our Agent made the stress of buying and selling almost non-existent. You were always honest and we knew that you had our best interest at heart. You were so efficient that before we had time to be stressed our apartment was sold and we had the money to buy our new home.
We were so excited to move into our new townhouse. We still can not believe that we bought the first place that you took us to see. You really listened to our needs, and found us the perfect home. Using your on-line computor system saved us a ton of time. As business owners, we simply did not have the time to drive around and see a dozen places.
