We would like to tell you that everything you said you would do YOU DID AND MORE! Your "Target Marketing Plan" worked. We dealt with you on two different properties. The first was 3305 Anzio Drive in Vancouver. This house had been rented and when the tenants left they destroyed the inside. The bathroom was smashed and they had holes in the walls and kitchen was also damaged. The house was infested with fleas. What a mess, but you sat down with us and told us how you would sell this house. At first we were a little reluctant to say the least. Your "Target Marketing Plan" was put into gear and you SOLD our house fast. We received a no subject offer from a builder and boy were we happy.
When we received our money from the sale of Anzio we asked you to look for an investment property. You took us all over and the one property that both my wife and I liked was in North Vancouver at 563 Ellis Street. You went to work on how we could put a basement suite in the lower part of this house and did some drawings of the changes. We bought the home and completed the renovations. The house is now rented to very good tenants. We would like to thank you for being so patient and helpful, you really did everything that you had promised. If we need to sell or buy a home again we will certainly call on your services again. DOUG SAXON THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!! |
